When Will My Order Arrive?
Domestic orders are fulfilled one business day AFTER the order is received and are shipped through USPS First Class Parcel (which usually arrives within 4-9 business days after fulfillment)
*Please order accordingly; we have to work together to ensure a prompt arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to USPS capabilities.
*Tracking can take up to 5 days to update from "Order confirmed" due to reduced tracking the USPS has implemented during the covid-19 pandemic.
My Shipping Information is Incorrect, What Do I Do?
If your order has been placed, but your shipping information needs to be changed, send an email (prior to order fulfillment) to firstname.lastname@example.org. This email MUST include: (1) Complete Order Number (2) Your Full Name and (3) New Shipping Information

What kind of candy is inside a Piñatagram?
Piñatagrams are filled with a mixture of Starbursts, Skittles, Laffy Taffys, airheads, sweetarts, and double bubble gum.

What Is A Piñatagram?
A Piñatagram is an 11”x 8” piñata that arrives outside of a box with a custom message on the packing label and is filled with sweets to make someone’s day--smiles guaranteed.
Can I Buy Or Ship Outside Of The U.S.?
Not currently, we have offered this service in the past but had to stop for the time being. In some countries customs officers are not fans of small Piñatas.
How Do I Open The Piñatagram I Received?
Remove the shipping label belt and open the flap on the Piñata's back. Then proudly display the love and affection someone showed you by sending you a piñata.
How Can I Track My Order?
We will email you a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Visit USPS.com to track your piñata's arrival, or ask your local Mail Person if they have had any Piñatagrams hitching a ride lately.
Whose Shipping Address Do I Enter At Checkout?
Unless you enjoy sending awesome surprise gifts to yourself, please be sure that the BILLING address is yours and the SHIPPING address is the intended recipient’s.
Whose Email Address Do I Enter At Checkout?
Don’t ruin the surprise! Enter YOUR email address at checkout so we don’t send your order confirmation and tracking number to the wrong person.
Where Do I Enter The Message That I Want In My Piñatagram?
When you get to the product page, type away. Say “Thank You”, “Happy Birthday”, “I Love You”, or practically anything in the text box provided. We will leave the poetry to you, though we do suggest keeping with the positive vibe that our Piñatagrams are sending out. (Piñatagrams reserves the right to refuse sending violent and threatening messages.)
Where Will My Message Appear
Your message will appear on the packing slip belt that goes around the Piñatagram's waist!
International orders have the message inside of the Piñatagram.
Do the Piñatas get damaged during shipping?
These little guys are tough, but we know sometimes stuff happens. In the rare event that there is visible damage to the structure of the Piñatagram please email us a picture and we will take care of it.
Are Piñatagrams shipped in boxes?
Nope! Your Piñatagram will arrive in all of its Piñata glory wearing only it’s shipping label belt and staying fresh inside of a clear poly bag.
