I purchased 2 pinatagrams to send to my grandsons, 2 different locations. One received his and loved it. The other did not. The last tracking I received from the post office was out for delivery then it was to be scanned. I emailed the pinatagram company and they looked into it and asked if I wanted a refund or another sent. They sent another and my other grandson loved it.
